The Jr High track teams competed in the district track meet today. The Jr girls repeat as district champions and the Jr boys are runner-up! Alex Parker won high point with 58 points! Congratulations to our Jr High track teams! Go Rattlers!

The first grade classes checked up on their eggs today. Ms. Caldwell invited everyone into her room to candle several eggs today! The students loved seeing them through the bright light into the eggs!
Several MHS students toured Weyerhaeuser-Dierks in hopes of learning about the lumber industry and possible job opportunities. MHS would like to thank the team at Weyerhaeuser for investing their time and knowledge in our students and community. #GoRattlers

6th grade students at MES recently entered a State Wide Competition that involved creating their own video game using coding. Students used their iPad to design, code, and publish their own game based on our local State Park, The Crater of Diamonds to enter the competition. Our Snake Pitt News interviewed each student to help them with their submission. Just one of the awesome things going on at MES. Update on results coming soon!
